Horizons has been working with gas utility design engineers Process Pipeline for several years, providing surveying support for natural gas utility projects in Maine and New Hampshire. The projects require detailed topographic, existing conditions, utility, boundary and right of way surveys at sites that are typically located along roadways and at intersections. The surveys are used in the design of gas transmission lines and substations. Maine projects have included sites in South Portland, Westbrook, Kittery and Sanford.
